Help needed, applying for foundation year for midwifery

Trying to do ucas online application and have no idea how to do my personal statement or who to ask for a reference. I have just started training as a bfc with the nct but other than that I have been having babies for 4 years. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks

The reference needs to be an academic one, so your bf tutor would be ideal.
Where you applying to? I'm hoping for Worcester, Birmingham or Wolverhampton

UWE is the only one near here, on the plus side rhe campus is less than a mile away
