It's all your fault Mummy!

Everything is my fault. Apparently I can control my daughter's brain from afar and make her:

trip over and hurt herself
say things in a rude tone of voice
spend so long washing her hands and coming to the table that she only has time to eat her main and has to go without dessert because the kitchen is closed

etc

Anyone else?
How would/do you respond to this? If I point out politely that I am not responsible for these things, she gets uncontrollably cross.
I am tempted to ignore it for the time being, I worry that she will grow into an adult who always blames everyone else for their misfortunes.

She is five and a half.

Yes!! My Ds age 4 blames me when he falls over/knocks something over & will not have it if I try & explain that I was nowhere near it! He has just started doing this - im sure they will grow out of it
