He's 5mo so have put him to bed in just a sleeveless bodysuit and no gro bag, and also put a fan on in his room blowing in his direction...... Is this ok??

Know I'm prob being pfb but am worrying about him overheating, in recent hot weather he's been fine in short sleeve bodysuit and a 1.5 tog sleeping bag and been ok but its not been quite this hot in his room.....

House is super insulated (we rent off energy-saving-mad FIL!) so just doesn't seem to be getting cool at all despite all windows opening......

Should be fine, although I wouldn't leave the fan on too long/overnight, as it will eventually cool down, check the room temp and his temp before you go to bed, he might even be ready for his grow bag by then!

That'll be fine, I should think. Similar temperature with us. Both mine are asleep in their short pyjamas and nappies, with no covers, and this seems to do them fine.

Sounds fine. Worst case scenario is he will wake up (and wake you up!) if he's cold, which is better than him being too hot all night.

Although I wouldn't leave the fan on overnight as it's a fire hazard (standard Australian safety advice).

Agree about the fan. Would switch it off.
