There was something in the papers about them a few weeks back - Don't know if it is true, but basically said that once at their Garage, your Car is scrutinised within an inch of its life and you'll be there for hours. The price drops down from the original one and then because you've bothered to drive there and wait for hours on end, you'll probably give in and accept what is finally offered.
I like their advert though!!
Maybe someone else will be along soon who has actually used them and give you something more positive!!

They are a rip off, me and my husband had a slk mercedes we needed to sell a couple of months back and they offered us a figure of 12k online and then when we got to their garage they told us they think the car had been painted (it hadnt we had the car from new) and said they can only offer 10250 ???

Have to agree with Claire, total rip off in the end we scrapped our car and got more money! Not sure think it was scrapacarforcash.co.uk we used?

Also, bear in mind that they apply a £49.99 admin charge to buy your car - so their minimum price is £50 for a car, so essentially they could buy it for a penny

They also chare you an admin fee of £75. Step dad tried to get rid of his scrap car and they told him that.

They need shooting for that advert. Grr.
