I don't think you can. Mumsnet may be able to. This page gives more info.

In general, stuff posted onto a public Internet forum such as mumsnet is generally regarded as being public and hence searchable.

you should consider using Firefox as your internet browser as it asks you whether you want to turn off your history avoiding that problem...you can download it.

CarlaBruni · 05/06/2010 22:57

IE has something called InPrivate Browsing which stops you being searchable- it claims

Just delete your temp internet and cookies.

CoinOperatedGirl · 05/06/2010 23:15

Or just delete your google cookies, seeing as deleting all will leave you with no passwords etc.

Great name CoinGirl !

CoinOperatedGirl · 08/06/2010 22:13

Ooh thanks

InPrivate browsing doesn't stop other people being able to search your posts....just doesn't show what you've been looking at in your own computer's history.
