Tried to get into my hotmail account today and for some reason it is giving me some weird charcters to repeat into a box. When I typethem in and press continue, its throwing me back out to the sign in page and I can't get in at all.

Can anyone help, please?!

make sure you're doing all the characters .. sometimes it looks like a squiggle at the beginning or end but is really a number / letter

sorry .. its so frustrating isn't it .. I get it every other day ..and don't know how to stop it

I am definitely doing all the characters. Have been through about 20 sequences, they are all throwing me bak out to the beginning

HAVE YOU GOT SEVERAL WINDOW'S OPEN IF YOU HAVE CLOSE THEM DOWN AND TRY AGAIN - WE'VE HAD THIS HAPPEN ALOT

Ok so have closde my computer down (i'm v technical you see ;) ) and started it back up, tried to get into hotmail and its still happening. Can't get in at all.

Any suggestions?
