Charity launch...fundraiser..any idea pls?

My sister is launching her charity in just a few weeks time with a launch event at our local town hall and the mayor is coming
we have raffle prizes donated by football teams, local businesses etc,
bands, food, drink and dj etc
anyone else got any ideas on extra things we can do to make it a fun filled night for everyone concerned...thx

auction evenings if its mostly adults depends really on the type of charity and its aims . would also recommend casino theme. a bit more info please.have been on several charity boards myself.

The scottish launch was last night and they raised just over the ammount to become a registered charity...yay!

btw There are 3 main launches for this year Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

i hope all goes well and wish you the best of luck. could try writting to a few celebs and see if they will be on the board will help promote charitiy and publicity no end. will come back when looked at site.
