how do you cold sterilise???

the parts of my electric breast pump cannot be microwaved, and guess what i have a microwave steriliser!!!

so how do you cold sterilise?? do you just need a bucket with lid & tablets??? i've been using the travel packs you can get but its getting expensive ....

Essentially yes! I used a plastic tupperware container

I just used milton and water. Making sure the item is completely submerged. Its what they did in hospital as I had to cup feed there.

I used an ice cream tub and Milton - you have to fill it right up and make sure the lid fits snugly.
