Hi there, Does anyone have any advice please.
My problem is that we have really loud nuisance neighbours, They shout and scream on communal walkway, dump rubbish there and all there kids friends congregate there everyday. This is really a problem for my other neighbours too. We are council tenants but they rent privately. We have all complained to council but nothing gets done. Any advice as to where we go from here? Someone told us that we must contact the letting agent who will let owners know, but how do we find out who letting agent is?

Please help, myself and elderly neighbours are at wits end.

The council should do this on your behalf, speak to enviromental health.

Back again with the same old problem with neighbours.
After getting in touch with council, keeping months of diaries, letters and calls we are now being told that its not a dire case. The tenents are letting and being a general nuisance but we are told that apart from writing to owner ( of which they have no record) there is little that can be done. In fact we were told that we should try reasoning with them ourselves, like we havent. Angry
Environmental health no use either, they will only deal with council tenants. Biscuit
HELP!!!!!!!!!

Please advise me. I am at wits end. Noise is daily and as its half term its worse.
Anti social officer at council says its not classed as proper anti social behaviour and closed case even though we told her its still a problem.
They are still trying to contact landlord. Where do I go from here?

Hi sprinkledust

Not a great problem?

Yes it is daily at set times mainly 4pm till 10 later on weekends. As I type they are skateboarding up and down communal landing.

Rubbish, wish it was a sweet wrapper, can be 3 or 4 boxes of chicken n chips, empty of course except for bones. Tin cans empty and squashed.I do see them drop them and they see me.
I guess that social respect for other neighbours doesnt count and neither do we.

Be interested to know what problems your experiencing?
