Ulrika - Honest. Anyone read this?

I have just finished reading this, and could not believe how different she has come across. I know the book was in her own words, so quite one-sided, but really enjoyed it. Really felt for her about her poor little Bo. Must have been hard leaving her dd a few days after surgery. Sven!!!, What was she thinking?.

She didn't come seem to come across as the type of person who would put up with that much crap from men though. Although her ex-dh seems wonderful and supportive.

Did seem that she was flitting off here there and everywhere though.

Anyone else read this and if so what was your impression.

The cameraman who she was shagging was in my class at 6th Form, he was a self centred little dickhead so I guess they went well together..

I went off her with all this John Leslie stuff, his life ruined and she swans around grinning at book launches. If he is guilty, fair enough, but the more guy had this hanging over his head for months.

yes I read it(secretly..!) and thought her Mother was to blame - hers Dianas , Zoe Balls- all these "needy" women whos mothers have deserted them,
I know a 7 year old girl who I can already see will end up like that.

but olive oil - the 2 charges John leslie now faces are nothing to do with Ulrikakaka are they ? which suggests he is indeed a nasty sexual predator who needs to be brought to book. And let's face it, Ulrikakaka never actually named him did she ?
Having said that I don't really like her although I wouldn't mind her salary and figure.Not that I'm superficial or anything you understand !

I'm not one for making excuses for people's behaviour, but she had a really weird childhood, her dad flaunted his sexual conquests in front of her so it just goes to how screwed up you can get if the adults around you behave badly.

I wouldn't want her figure - saggy bobbies!

having grown up around adults who behaved badly - I still believe that you take a stand and decide what to do - emulate them or chose a different road ... for god's sake the woman is a grown adult and she makes stupid choices and then is surprised when things go bad - well d'uh!! Less thinking about herself and playing woe is me the world done me wrong and playing the victim would be helpful.

For a wealthy, famous person she has incredibly saggy boobs and also stringey, old ladies' neck. don't envy anything about her. not even the natural blondness..

I do think that you can have some decision in your future, but she just wanted to be loved by her parents, which in a strange way she was, but didn't feel like she was. I do think that is the reason why she came across as so needy in her relatoinships, I mean surely only a women with low self-confidence but up with the shite those men throw at her, when most of us would have said go-away (or words to that effect) a lot sooner.

Saw her on Shooting Stars last night, got crepey neck. Nice bob hair do though.
