Left some luggage in caravan - Haven

Has anyone ever done this? We have just returned 1 day early as all ill and have just realised i have left a bag of shoes in the caravan.

Does anyone know if thay will send them to you or how you go about getting them back ?

I couldn't get hold of them last night, i was in a bit of a panic.

Have spoken to them this morning AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THEM SENT BACK (PHEW !) but i have to wait for house keeping to do their rounds and fingers crossed they find them, wont do that again in a hurry !!
