I have been wondering where she is, have posted a few times already but not had any info as to where she is.

There may be a reason - I was on mat leave so may have missed something - let me know if so and I will stop going on and on!

Twinkie only ever posted from work and decided not to return after having Max.

She hasn't posted in quite a long time!

She changed her name.... and as far as I know she's still around.

Didn't know if there was a particular reason for it or if she just fancied a change.
I know there was obviously a specific reason for her changing it last time but didn't know if it was the same now.

Took DD for hers and nurse said that i needed to have one bcause of my age.
Aparently there has been an unexpected breakout of Mumps recently. In July 2004 there were no reported cases on mumps in Bedfordshire - this year between June and July there were 254 reported cases in Bedfordshire alone.

Sort of frightened me into it - DD looked very pleased to realise that the nasty wouldbe sticking the sharp thing in mummies arm too

It was because of her ExH I think.

She's not posting as far as I'm aware. Still at home with baby Max. Must give her a call actually!

Toothy - are you up for MMR soon? Dd2 isn't 1 until the 27th, do they get called up at around 13 months? Can't remember from dd1.

Springy - has dd been affected at all? I remember dd1 had a mild cold type thing, but it gave us an excuse to go cold turkey on getting rid of the dummy....

MMR is 15mths at my GP's.

When she changed her name it was ages ago and she changed it from another name to Twinkie.

Are you sure toothache? As far as I'm aware she never goes on line at home. When did you last see her posting? I phoned her a few weeks ago and she certainly wasn't posting then because she asked me to post something on her behalf.

She has been fine so far OO - only cried for a split second and been playing away eer since.
Have stocked up on plenty of calpol just incase though.

Could be a good opportunity to go Cold turkey with the dummy if she does start suffering .
