Diet pills do they work?

has anyone tried any of these diet pills that are around at the moment Adios? Chitisan I think two of the many are called and did any of them work?

Have toyed with the idea of getting the ones that curb the appetite on prescription. I am about a stone or so overweight but I think you need to be obese, I'm just too lazy to diet. Years ago I had appetite suppressants prescribed by some quack in Marylebone, I wasnt really overweight at the time but I think he would give them to anyone. I lost 4 pounds in the first week but felt so weird I stoped taking them. Thry allegedly cause heart problems so I woulnt try them again. The newer pills are probably safer.
