Ebay bidding- Auto bidding software?

My dad is doing up his Harley motorbike and is buying a lot of parts on ebay. He is always getting outbid at the last minute!! I told him about the bidding software that I saw mentioned but now I can't find the thread to tell him where to download it!!! Please help as he is driving me up the wall!! TIA

try here havent used it myself tho.
