I am looking to move up to the Romanby area (house purchase permitting) and am after any advice/knowledge on the area. I have a daughter aged 4 who is due to start school this September. The OFSTED reports for the local schools seem to be a few years old now so it may be that certain schools are better now than what the OFSTED reports state from 2007.
I'm originally from the Darlington area so know it well and am looking forward to moving back to a village/community area with some countryside. Fingers crossed for a move up by the end of August.
