twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:07

come on gals, just watched the first of Frank Skinners new series, very funny! I have missed his laid back funny laugh.
getting sick of hearing about the bloody debate now and my ma is stuck in Frankfurt because of the volcanic cloud

silly

BOGIES!!!!!!!!!!

you will only appreciate that if you have seen Dick and Dom !
personally I heard some kids shouting it in M&S yesterday and I have to admit I found it funny lol

I didn't see silly skinner, I do think he's a laugh tho

gigglewitch · 16/04/2010 23:14

rofl

I have two small boys

BOGIES is a surprisingly topical statement round here

What I mean is that it's Friday and we have mn and no rl so extreme daftness must be the way to make up for a lack of other entertainment

twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:14

he had Al Murray on so the combo was a good start to the series

twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:21

OP posts:
twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:22

OP posts:

honeydragon · 16/04/2010 23:23

twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:24

OP posts:
ASecretLemonadeDrinker · 16/04/2010 23:26

Dear lord, you did aswell!

You need to find an AIBU thread where a ruck is starting, ease the tension a little

gigglewitch · 16/04/2010 23:27

it was a very silly thing to even think of a "dare" where the witch is, I am always up for a stupid dare. One day I might grow up... but I do doubt it

scurryfunge · 16/04/2010 23:29

How can you engineer "bogies" as a baby name?
I double dare you

gigglewitch · 16/04/2010 23:30

acronym was easy tho. Will go back and define it as soon as I figure out how to take the rude words out

twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:31

am i the only one thats done it! you should all give me a tenner in that case! lol I laughed my head off, can just imagine the Sunday Times or Telegraph writing a report about the 'middeclass' MUMSNET poll on the big debate and finding BOGIES!!!!! right in the middle of it rofl

honeydragon · 16/04/2010 23:33

try....

does the name linus make you thin of BOGIES as it rhymes with sinus --- or is it just me?

am distraught have already registered ds

any advice?

scurryfunge · 16/04/2010 23:35

Fergus, Angus, Bogus....can't decide....will they just be Fergie, etc?

gigglewitch · 16/04/2010 23:36

make the initials of all of your children make the word instead
child 1 - Ben
child 2 - Olivia
dc3 - George
dc4 - Ian
dc5 - Erin
dc6 - Sarah

Far better if your surname is either Eat or Flick

twinkerbell · 16/04/2010 23:37

lmao think i just got told of on the debate thread hehe
