Swimming Lessons - Logistics for 2 under 5s' children

Hi Mums,
I hope someone can advise me. I will love to take my 3.5yr old DS and 22 mth old DD for swimming lessons. However I am the only one with them in the day and at this age, I will have to be in the water with them during lesson, so what happens to one child while I am in the water with the other?

They both love swimming so I am not sure how to convince 1 to stay in the creche while I take the other and then swap around.

Has anyone done it before and how did you do it? I live in Bexley, so ideally I will like to find a swimming place in the vicinity.

Thanks
