I saw this tonight. It was actually amusing, as Jim Carrey was acting as a slightly humerous man, not a complete loon. I hated 'The Cable Guy', because it was too 'John Cleese on acid' IYKWIM. However, this was really funny. Slightly spoilt by the people talking next to me, and the person who kept getting text messages...

I'm probably going to see it this weekend, Chinchilla, I've also heard it's pretty funny.

I went to the movies a couple of weeks ago (to see Phone Booth I think) and the cinema was packed. Someone's mobile phone rang during the movie and it turned out to be a woman across the aisle from us. So instead of turning the phone off straight away, she actually answered the call and kept talking!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that?? Some people just have no idea.....

Sorry but I thought it was awful and found the arrogant WASP / Christian-centric outlook of the film really offensive, particularly given the state of the world at the moment.

Oh well, each to their own!
