Fake tan - quick questions please

1. I use Body Shop's Coconut Body Scrub which leaves my skin quite oily - a bit like after having applied baby oil - do you think this will prevent the stuff from being absorbed?

2 Can I get dressed again straight away or will it stain clothes?

3. What's a Decollete?
