This week is Downs Syndrome Awareness week with World Downs Syndrome Awareness Day tomorrow on 21st March. DS occurs when someone has 3 copies of chromosome 21 - hence the date 21/03
To do my bit to raise awareness I've launched a new website www.thiswayup.org with a blog feed blog.thiswayup.org. I have an 11 year old son with the condition and have been meaning to do this for years.
The number of visitors is going up every day with 240 this morning! I want to see if I can get it over 1000 tomorrow.
