goldfish owners (again, sorry)

what makes the water go all cloudy?
sparkling clear last night, fed it, went to bed, this morning looks dead cloudy. Why ? is it the food?

get a pump. goldfish are filthy fish.

Could be the food - could be new stones in the bottom too - although I rinsed ours before I filled the tank the first lot of water went cloudy very quickly.

You don't need a pump for one fish in a small tank.

Too much food maybe. What kind of cloudy? White or green. Is the fishtank in direct sunlight? that could cause green algae.

Have you cleaned the tank?

If so that will make it cloudy for a short time. It could be direct sunlight like SA mentioned.

Pumps are very good for this problem.
