Outlook express account

Can anyone help me??

Have recovered my pc today and lost my email account. It was set up in outlook express (though I have telewest broadband and a blueyonder address) and as I'm trying to set up or recover it it's asking me for incoming mail server and an outgoing mail server.

I can't remember what I need to put in these boxes but I'm sure the last time I did it I didn't have to contact my ISP which would be Telewest, right?

We have the same set up and as far as I remember when we temporarily lost our connection we just called Telewest for our ID number.

Think so Aimsmum. Would that be pop.blueyonder.com then? For both of them?
