What has Breathe done to your internet access? I'm assuming that simply uninstalling the software didn't work I tried top find out something earlier but didn't get anywhere I'm afraid.

I'm not sure about Clearview - that belongs to something called Breathe Communications but it doesn't look like it's connected to breathe.com

Robinw - there are so many things this software could have done that I can't even begin to suggest things. It may be worth having a look at Control Panel>network and dialup connections to make sure the thing has been removed properly though (or perhaps you have done that).

You may well need to reinstall your machine. But you can pay someone else to do that - it may be worth finding out how much it would cost.

Don't envy you anyway. I'll have a quick look for an email address for you but I don't hold much hope of finding one

Blimey, just read this

(If you can't read it) It says all customers will be cut off on Thursday, and anyone with any questions to email [email protected] or by call 0845 714 5000.

Cleverview is the company that has bought Breathe, so may not be much use, but number is 0870 0102472
