CSA 15% before or after tax?

Trying to work out what exp needs to pay for our son. Is it calculated before or after tax?

There's an on-line calculator on their website, if you know roughly how much he earns - I think it takes into account how often he ahs the kids, other dependents etc.

Yeah that didnt help as i only know his amoutn per year.
