Dh bought me a new phone for Xmas. He had to buy it with a £10 Orange pay as you go voucher on it as part of the deal. He told them he didn't need it since I was going to use my old SIM card and its credit but they insisted and said that he could transfer the credit to the new phone. In a rush (it was Dec 23 after all - how did Xmas creep up on him again?) he agreed. I've since been down to the store to ask them to do this and they have said that it is not possible - use the calls by dialling from the number given to use up the £10, was their suggestion.
