Please bear with me! Am also going to put this on the What would you do? thread.

I tried to book a flight with Flybe yesterday. I got through all the screens, entered all my payment details, hit submit. After about 5 minutes a message came up: 'error occured'. Rang the customer helpline and was told that due to 'technical difficulties with the website' there would be a very long waiting time, so I didn't bother.

Today I tried to book the exact same flights, only to find that they had gone up considerably. I rang the customer helpline - surprise surprise they didn't have my booking and weren't going to offer me the flights at yesterday's price. The woman gave me very short shrift, kept talking over me and was basically extremely snotty.

So, what do I do? Just shout 'AAAAAGHGHGHHG' at the world, take a deep breath and end up spending £50 more on fights than I intended? Write them a stroppy letter (which usually gets nowhere with the budget airlines) or spread the word far and wide that Flybe are bastards? (Or all of the above?)
