How much is it real? I am regretfully pretty addicted now, even if sometimes makes me cringe, and I can stop wondering, how much -if any- is real or how much acting. If the act all the time they seem pretty good actreses!

And BTW, I sw the surgery that Heidi had done and my god! she looks AT LEAST 10 years older!
