I'm starting a list...

This has probably been done before many times but I'm starting a list of things that would have been nice to know before I'd had my baby....

*Breastfeeding at the beginning will often take all day.
*be prepare that you might need to bottle feed so maybe get a sterilzer, bottles, milk etc just in case - so you want be in a state on a sunday evening with a baby that wont feed and is losing weight!
*the post-natel ward will be your worst nightmare.
*expect to get to know your GPs surgery very well!
*Youll try EVERYTHING to get them to sleep
*Your baby might not sleep in his moses basket - ever.
*In the first few weeks you will bleed a lot
*In the first few weeks you will sweat a lot
*'napping when they sleep' is not so easy
*Dont expect to fancy a glass of champagne for a while after they are born
*NCT classes won't prepare you enough!
*You will love your baby so much its scary.

I could go on!..anyone else?
