Do you have a good internet connection...there are places where you can download the Buffy episode, though of course unless you have a CD burner you will have to watch it on the computer. And of course if you have a CD burner you will need to turn said episode into a VCD and then have a compatible DVD player to play it.

All sounds rather involved doesn't it??

Can help with the episode of Spooks if you still need it - don't have Sky tho' so no help on the Buffy front.
