Continuity error in Casualty and other programmes

Hi,
just wondering if anyone else noticed the continuity error in tonight's episode of Casualty.

During the scene when Dr's were trying to save baby Harry, the digital clock on the wall showed 08:23 at one point and then a little later 08:18 changing to 08:19 when he was pronounced dead.

Wouldn't you think such glaring errors would be spotted during editing.

I noticed this too! The clock played such a big part in the scene you'd think someone would have noticed!!

Yep, we spotted it too.

There was another one in the Holby City Christmas story too. Linden and his daughter were driving along in the car, and you could see an expanse of neatly mowed green grass, but the next minute they stopped the car and got out on what looked like rough moorland!
