My dh is doing a sponsered 100 km Sahara trek for Gift of Sight in November.
Does anyone know anyone who has done this sort of trek, as he needs some advice about what to take, along the lines of ...does he need to get a special expensive fleece or will his £5 one fron Asda do? Is an inflatable sleeping mat a good idea? etc etc.
Would be grateful if anyone can help/ or put him in touch with someone that has done it.
