how do i transfer pics from mobile

i have a sagem camera phone, it is full up of pics of my dd but i dont know how to put them on pc as i wanna get rid of phone as i have a new one, what cable do i need

I've got a bluetooth dongle that you plug into the usb port and just send em via bluetooth
