Hi there, don't know if you remember but I had a bad holiday experience where my sd's passport was lost by checkin and they would not compensate us for the missed flight (which cost us two days of ur holiday). Sorry, I can't find my original thread.

Well, I have been compensated after writing to all the CEO's - £1,500 - Thanks to all those he gave me advice.
