I can't find the board about this, but I just had to recommend WARWICK CASTLE. We took our boys (2 and nearly 4) yesterday, and it was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and answering a 4 yr-old's questions. There was endless entertainment and amusement for two little boys dressed in their knights' tabards. (Under 4s are free, and we also had a two for one offer from Tescos, so it was a bargain too).

Does anyone know where I can buy small (cheap) plastic knights? (for a castle they already have).

There's a shop near us that also has a website (so presumably you could order online) which sells plastic knights (and cowboys etc)- I think the address is www.littlewonders.co.uk - will try to check it out to confirm...

...yup ! that address is right -
they have a set of 10 knights (incl. 2 horses for mountable knights) for £19.90 which sounds a bit expensive to me...but the quality should be v good- I bought my son some farm figures from there and they're really nice. Or try Tridias -
www.tridias.co.uk (I think ...shall I check that one ?
