I'm on a bit of a begging mission here so please be kind.
My beloved Roomba is sick and when I contacted Domotec the repair/supplier people I was told they had ceased trading
They gave me a number to ring and I was asked to return Roomba to them as he is still under guarantee, at least until the 6th December anyway.
The problem is I have to send it to Landau in Germany and they are strongly advising I return it in its original box.
I no longer have the box so please, if anyone has one I can borrow, I will return it when mine comes back from repair, I would be eternally grateful.
I will, of course pay postage costs.
As the warranty is quickly running out this is urgent!
