Dh's brother has just announced he is getting married. Won't be just yet but they've started arrangements.

Anyway dh will probably want to spend quite alot on the wedding present which I don't really agree with. I've suggested we spend as much as we did on my sister when they got married.

We have a family and I'm a SAHM at the moment so we have to watch the pennies plus BIL never bought us a wedding present when we got married (that's beside the point I know) although I did remind dh of this. Of course I wouldn't dream of not buying them anything, but how much do you think would be reasonable?
