It's a long shot but someone might know: how do you get metal paint off optical glass without damaging the glass?

I have these poncey glasses with some kind of anti-reflective glaze on them and I've just sprayed black metal paint on them (as you do). What will take it off without damaging the glaze?

You big donkey.

Take them to your opticians. I've always managed to knacker my anti-reflective glazes though, I don't think they are very strong.

Eee-yore!

I thought that's what I'd have to do. I want to see now though!

Tried gently wiping with the infamous 'will remove anything from any surface' baby wipes.

I have used them on my glazed specs to remove tiny specs of paint but be careful if the paint starts to lift in chunks as when it starts to move it could scratch.

Tried should say Try - it was a suggestion not a question!
