Pot dolls - how do you 'store' them?

I have realised recently that DD's pot doll collection is taking over the house. They are everywhere! She must have at least twelve of them, if not more.

I'm thinking of putting up a shelf in her room, but none of these dolls will bend to be sat down, they are all standing. I know you can get those little metal stands for them but then seem a bit flimsy.

TBH if it was up to me they'd be off to the car boot as they freak me out, but DD doesn't want to get rid of any of them (BTW they are not v expensive ones).

Does anyone have any ideas how I could secure them to a shelf so they won't fall over, but DD can still get them down easily to play with them?

TIA x

How are they all over the house (iyswim!)? Can't you just put them in her room in a similar manner - lying on a shelf if needs be so they're not looking at you.

Not that I have any idea what a pot doll is.
