How do you put pix on profiles??

I know it's a divvy question. I can normally navigate myself around a computer quite well but this has me flummoxed! Please help anyone.

bumping for Saint George, Yorkiegirl, Hinker etc who all know how do to this stuff unlike me.

write a title then hit post message..theres then an option to browse your pc for a piccy...a lot need resizing...
