Can anyone help re laptop keyboard?

I hope someone will know what I need to do to get this sorted, I don't have a clue!

On my netbook keyboard the letters u,i,o,p,j,k,l,m all have numbers in blue also on they key, like a second function. I seem to have turned this on somehow and don't have a clue how to turn it off i.e. what I try to type these letters I get the numbers instead!

I've had to plug a keyboard in just so I can type this!

Any ideas anyone?

ok you should either have a numberlock key which you can press which will turn it off or Fn+F11 should be the answer.

Yes! Thanks so much, that's done the trick! Quite embarrassing that I didn't know something so simple!

I had to find it out as someone did to all the keyboards at work and no-one could do anything!
