When did broodiness strike after your first dc?

DD is just about 11 months and broodiness has hit me like a ton of bricks. I think I must be ovulating.

We would have been gearing up to start trying again in a few months anyway, but it's suddenly all I can think about.

How long after your dc did you get broody for the next? Did you go for it?

About half an hour post delivery . It was a feeling of 'oh my god he's so wonderful why didn't I do this sooner I can't wait to do it again'. DH persuaded me to wait a bit longer - there's two years between DS1 and DS2 - but only 18 months between DS2 & 3....
