as baba looks like she got the runs but seh is happy, what do i need to avoid whilst shes got it?

DS had this last week. Very Very nasty runs but no other problems. I assumed it was just him! I let him rest when he wanted and just ate plain food for a couple of days when he fancied rather than the set meal times. Sorted itself out quite quickly.

there's always something going around. I think the advice for the runs is little or no dairy if you can.

My DS is off school today with "green wee coming out of my bum, not my winky!!"

I am assuming it is a bug!!

He told me later that " the wee had gone to the bum for a chat, and couldn't get back fast enough!"
