How do I make photo file small enough to e-mail/add to ebay?

Anyone - this is driving me mad! My internet dial up connection is so slow it takes forever to send/upload phots, so half the time I don't bother.

I am desperate to sell some bits and bobs on ebay and mail photos of ds's to family, how can I make the jpegs smaller? thanks x

it's a program written by dp's friend, who got tired of people sending him massive pics in e-mails! LOL

it's incredibly easy to use, you need to download it, but can guarantee it's 100% safe!
