... and I LOVE it! Does everyone else in the world know what it is and was I the last person to find out about it?

No idea... totally lost.

yep, everyone else knows about it. You are sooooooooo slow! It's cool isn't it? I do it in the paper every day and bought myself a book at the weekend, getting slightly addicted though.

Toothache · 30/05/2005 14:20

drums fingers impatiently<

Still not a clue!

debs26 · 30/05/2005 14:20

errr.....can we have a link for those of us who are even slower and have never heard of it?

beansmum · 30/05/2005 14:21

It's in the times and the telegraph and possibly others this

Toothache · 30/05/2005 14:22

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO My work internet restrictions won't let me access that!!!

Please tell me what it is?!

tassis · 30/05/2005 14:24

Apparently it's the new thing and everyone but toothace, debs and I knew about it. Sort of a number, logic puzzle. Looks more fun than it is. Newspapers have them in daily and there are books (creeping up the best sellers lists).

More fun than it sounds (honest!).

Glad I wasn't the last to know...

PHEW.... my head nearly exploded with "need to know" syndrome!

toothaches breathing returns to normal

Twiga · 30/05/2005 14:38

Tassis, have been competeing with my FIL since January on these things - He seems to delight in sending me the really taxing ones and then Dh, FIL and I all race to see who's gonna get there first - sad I know! Have to say though that out of the three of us I was first to complete one of the hardest level ones from the telegraph - felt quite smug ! Just about to email you our latest chat, lol x

jessicasmummy · 30/05/2005 14:39

went through about 2 weeks of addiction to it and have now fully weaned myself off it!

snafu · 30/05/2005 14:41

I'm totally addicted, sadly enough. I love the big one with numbers and letters in the Saturday Independent. It's really good for cranking my dusty old brain back into gear in preparation for starting uni in September

tassis · 30/05/2005 14:43

Did you see the 5 grid one in Saturday's Times?

jangus · 30/05/2005 14:46

just to say. I love it too...

Twiga · 30/05/2005 14:59

I didn't and hopefully FIL didn't either (he's in Holland with MIL this week), far too much decorating to be done at this end, can't afford further distractions! Didn't realise you could get books of the things - anyone got a link, might just have to send FIL a prezzie!

potty1 · 30/05/2005 15:10

We're hooked here too!

tassis · 30/05/2005 15:11

(hi Twiga!)

dp is totally obsessed with sudoko...keeps him off the computer so im happy.

Prufrock · 30/05/2005 22:14

YOu can buy the program to do on the computer as well from here . You can try it for 28 days before you buy. It's only $14.95, really user friendly, and whilst there are not actually infinite numbers of grids, the number is so big that nobody has been able to calculate it yet. The program allows you to print out grids as well if you prefer the paper version.
