Is it me (and I was working when it was on last night so I may be wrong) or did it imply this time that not only is every single adult in the UK a child abuser waiting to strike, but that if a child is being abused no-one (certainly not the stupid feckless parents) will listen to that child but the NSPCC?
I hate these adverts so much. Incredibly irresponsible and I'm sure at least partly to blame for the current paranoia. Also, I didn't realise that the NSPCC has been granted statutory powers to apply for care and supervision orders for 'at risk' children. How can that be right?
