I have stripped all the beds, tidied up all the bedrooms, dusted, hoovered everywhere, cleaned bathroom and toilets, cleaned kitchen, put bedding in washing machine, and now I'm here..... quite proud of myself, normally can't get my a*se in gear to do it....

frogspawn, what about stealing your DD's art equipment? A certain red crayon springs to mind...

Hahaha NOTHING. I woke up at 10 but went back to sleep until 2pm. Then I sorted out my drawers and went to the shop. I think I am watching a film tonight.

froggy - the height that child of mine can reach is scary! Just been to check and DS2 has actually put the razor back where it should have been in the first place - on the shelf we thought was high enough.

Guess DH can make up for his slip by doing some DIY this weekend and moving it up higher.

That'll teach him

Have caught dd with dw's razors before but they had covers on them so i haven't had to punish her

Might have to be jm - but not a lot of room in our tiny bathroom unfortunately. I've put them on top of the shower unit for now, that's 5ft up the wall so should be safe for now.

I bunked off school today as I'm starting to feel anxious about not seeing the kids next week whilst i'm in hospital.

So far today I've....

taken the u bend off the bathroom sink as the water wouldn't go down, and we needed washes/teeth etc

stripped and changed my bed

cleaned bathroom after exploding u bend fun and games

made picnic lunch and taken kids up to park for lunch, and then we played footie and frisbe and flew kites.

DD and Dh are now napping (bless!) so I've tidied up, and I'm about to make DKids some dinner, before going to tescos to get some shopping and check out their 20% clothing sale.

I'm going to spend this evening comfortably slouched on the sofa, eating expensive icecream and watching TV (probably Millenium on DVD)

It's been a good day
