well i rang the other day pretending to be interested in area and asked about a house up the road..she looked for it and told me there was also another one in same road, x more, but standard inside is higher and has been very well decorated through out and 'i' (the pretend buyer) wouldnot have to do a thing!!!...so she was quite good, they must have just been lying about how many people they had waiting..havent signed particulars yet, so its not on internet and prob not on display..you'd think they'd get a wiggle on considering i told them we've found a house!

OMG!!!! she stunk of dogs!!!!!!!

turned up with her mum..was full of herself,very 'loud' and know it all..showed her round, the hit dd full in face when i was moving her armchair so dp showed them(her and her mother) upstairs.
she made no good comments really andsaid she'd just seen one round the corner which was £8'000 cheaper(£10'000 actually) and said its if she wants to do it all up herself or move into one with it all done(ours)...TBH although i am being a drama queen...hate the thought of someone like her living here...she looked like the type of person to run it down in no time and ive took ages getting it so nice...but hey-ho...if she pays asking price(which i doubt she will do at first, if she does), it means we can get one of the three(too much choice!) we like ....asked if she could bring her boyf back round, so who knows...not blowing my own trumpet, but if she knows the area, theres nothing to dislike about the house!!!

just had a call from estate agent i didnt use and they asked if ive definatly signed up with x agent as they have a first time buyer really interested in houses in this avenue!!!!!!!!!!!
