I got one in our previous house, I think that IKEA cabinets are considerably more sturdy than many other brands but they are also a bit difficult to install according to the builders who complained al week long about how little margin for error they had if the wall was not perfectly flat (?). But they had to recognise that it was very good value, and it looked lovely and more expensive than it was. My kitchen design teacher had one herself, she was always saying that the for "that" price IKE'a ones were the best option. However, that was many years ago and MFI and B&Q are much better than they were.
Whatever you do, don't go for a Moben Kitchen.
