Im about to clear out the kids playroom and get rid of ALL toys bar about 12 that will fit very comfortably in the storage unit.

The plan is to rotate them every few weeks or so.

Will they get bored?

Will I just forget to ever change them~?

Will it actually improve the mess (reason Im doing it)

no very good idea, sometimes children can have too much of a good thing, having only a few toys makes them appreciate them and how to look after them...have done this too but didn't rotate 3 or 4 times...every few weeks would be quite hard imho but why not try every 3-4 months...go for it girl

Our playroom desperatly needs blitzing; but I'm doing that pathetic
"sob, sob, my babies are growing up .. I can't bear to think they've outgrown Junior Monopoly and the Gruffalo"

Lego is driving me insane atm, and I've always been a fan: it just gets everywhere!

They have far too many and dont actually play with most of them

I think I will store them in selections so they are easy to bring out and put away instead of rifling through piles to decide what to have next
