I've got no finger nails left. My DS 10 and my DH are there and won't be home until at least 10pm. I am soooooooooo pleased, I've had tears in my eyes! I was so desperate for my DS not to be let down on his first ever cup final.

They'll be home later armed with t-shirts, hats, banners - you name it!!

Yay! Used to live round the corner from Highbury and when they won the cup then it was a FANTASTIC atmosphere.

So happy for him. DS1 is He would've loved to have been there.

Still coming down from an incredible day - got back from Cardiff at 11pm last night exhausted and emotionally damaged after the most excruciating 2.5 hours of my football supporting life (never had such a bad time at an FA cup final even when we have lost in past!)

But let's face it, the team with the nerves of steel won and Scholes got his come upppance as he shouldn't have been on the pitch anyway for the pennos. Heh Heh

It's times like these I feel sorry for people who don't have these dramatic highs in their lives, I think everyone should be forced to follow football, it is good for the soul
